All orders will be processed and dispatched within 14 working days wherever possible. Standard lead time is 2 to 6 weeks. If there is a longer lead time on your order you will be notified when your order is confirmed via email. If a piece is being made to order you will be provided with lead times at the point of ordering. If the piece you have ordered is not in stock longer lead times may be incurred. You will be notified via email of expected lead times at point of ordering.

UK Delivery

Meadowland Atelier ships your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK, for your complete peace of mind, or via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Special Delivery - £8.95, insured up to £750. Items requiring higher insurance will be shipped via suitable methods and customer notified before shipping.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £5.00, insured up to £150

Orders are dispatched normally within 2 - 6 weeks of the order being placed. For larger orders more time may be required to make the pieces, in which case you will receive an email with estimated delivery times. We always endeavour to beat these estimates if at all possible and get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

Your postal worker will require a signature when delivering your order.

Someone else can sign for your package if you're not at home.
